My name is Laure Schwartz. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Spiritual Director and Psychotherapist, with added training in Somatic Experiencing. My Master's thesis was on "Healing Attachment Trauma: When Words Are Not Enough." I integrate body, mind, and spirit in the healing process. I believe that the right hemisphere of the brain must be utilized through spirit, imagination, body sensations, art, mindfulness, dream tending, silence. We spend most of our energy rationalizing, reasoning, using language in the left hemisphere. Studies now show us that words are not enough. I have expertise in healing trauma symptoms in the body, mind, and spirit. Please read more at this site: Healing Trauma. If you are ready to heal, please book a 1/2 hour initial consultation with me to see if this style of healing fits you.
