I use EFT (tapping), coaching, and intuition to gently help you move from where you are in your life, to where you want to be. Moving from fear, self-doubt, and feeling “not good enough” to self-awareness, self-trust, self-healing and self-love is a journey. I am your guide and support as you travel that path.

Emotional Freedom Techniques, also called “EFT”, or “tapping,” is an easy-to-learn mind/body modality for calming your own nervous system.  I guide you as you tap gently on energy points on your body. As we tap, we speak about something that hurts or bothers you.  We pair this with a statement of acceptance or intention.  This most often has the effect of softening, or often entirely removing the emotional pain, while creating a physical and emotional feeling of calm. 

Studies have shown that tapping can lower heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol levels in the body.  Tapping gives you a tool for helping yourself, literally at your fingertips. Once you know how to do it, you can use it to regulate your nervous system on your own, anytime and anywhere. Everyone is unique, but here are some of the most common reactions I hear as people learn to tap:

“I feel so much calmer.”

“I can think of that old memory, but it doesn’t have the emotional charge it used to have.”

“I just don’t feel so angry about it now.”

EFT can be helpful for:

  • Figuring out what is bothering you, or why

  • Stage fright or fear of public speaking

  • Knowing, understanding, and accepting yourself and others

  • Getting unstuck

SESSION FEES

Initial consultation – $40 for 30 minutes:

30-minute session to learn about what I offer, tell me what you need and want, and see if we are a good fit for working together.

Individual sessions – $105 for one hour
