Laure Schwartz, MA, LPC, is a Psychotherapist and Spiritual Director who incorporates somatic experiencing into her work. She leads this day-long workshop on discovering the creative process and how to use it for life's direction. We are all meant to create and we feel best when we are answering to that lure. Create the life you want!

Participants will:

Learn the difference between fixing yourself, your situation, or your relationships and move into creating what you want in your life.
Learn the specifics of the creative process and how we can, at times, sabotage it.
Discover deep desires through the creative process. Only when w know our deepest desires will we naturally move toward them.
Learn about Liminal Space: the place between what was and what is waiting to happen.
